Between one-fourth and one-third of the entire civilian workforce in the United States performs marketing activities. Marketing offers great career opportunities in areas such as e-commerce, professional selling, advertising, retail buying, management and wholesaling. Marketing career opportunities also exist in non-business organizations such as hospitals, parks and recreation, armed forces and government agencies.

Marketing Technology - Management Emphasis is a field of study for students who aspire to attain a management position in the near future. This program allows the student to apply theories of management to decision-making experiences.

Since the marketing classes are considered part of a technology program, most of them will not transfer into a four year degree.  There are some exceptions.
