MCC offers ServSafe training several times a year. The MS Department of Health requires this certification for persons who prepare and handle food for public consumption. The entire seminar can be completed in one Saturday session from 8am to 5pm. Cost includes the seminar, the book, and test administration.
If you are attending the entire seminar, we suggest that you get your book several weeks before the seminar and study it prior to coming to class. If you need to re-test and feel you need a review, you are welcome to sit through the entire session. Otherwise, you should report at 2:30pm for testing to begin at 3:00pm.
