Basic Electricity I

This 6-week course will focus on the basic fundamentals of electrical safety, understanding of AC & DC circuits, basic test equipment, wiring and other topics that will provide students with a basic understanding of electricity.

Basic Electricity II

In this 6-week course, students will continue to build their knowledge as they are introduced to the NEC (National Electrical Code), electrical theory, electrical bluepritns, conductors, boxes, fittings and residential wiring.

These classes will not qualify the student to become a certified electrician, but are the first steps in preparing the student to begin a career in the electrician field. All students will receive a certificate of completion after they have completed each course.
