Job analysis, assessment and curriculum development are critical parts of customized training programs.
The Workforce Development Coordinator is available to work with local businesses and industries to:
- Identify jobs requiring training
- Conduct task analyses
- Assess ability levels of targeted workforce
- Determine and/or develop training materials
- Evaluate training
When needed, assistance can also be provided in recruitment of employee participants.
