Internship for Educators
3/1/2011
The Internship for Educators Program is in the process of being revamped due to the lack of participation for the last two years.
This Program offers a unique
opportunity for teachers to gain knowledge of current workplace skills
and needs. Administrators, teachers, and counselors, from Third grade
through MCC, may participate in a five (5) day internship program
which will allow exposure to all aspects of business and industry through
a succession of experiences and assignments of special tasks. The
program focuses on intense training experiences and hands-on activities
in the workplace environment.
CEU credit (up to 4.2) is available as well as compensation ($50.00 per day) to
defray any cost associated with this professional development program.
