MCC recognizes that being on the "other-end-of-the-computer" receiving your course causes great anxiety for some. We are committed to helping overcome this anxiety and your having access to a quality educational experience. We endeavor to provide you answers to your questions and assistance with your problems in a timely manner.

If you encounter any problems, we have provided a Troubleshooting Guide to help you diagnose your problem and provide you guidance on seeking the proper assistance. We hope you don't encounter any problems, but in case you do, we want you prepared.

Our Blackboard platform provides us with capability and reliability that is unequaled in the development and presentation components of your course. They also provide excellent student technical support for the Blackboard components through their student support site that you may access through your course site.

Browse through our Frequent Problems/Solutions page, someone may have already asked your question or had your problem. If so this is the quickest way to find your solution. If you don't find it listed then access the Distance Learning Support Office through our on-line Support Request. We will respond as soon as possible to your need.
