Library and Research Resources

There are two major collections in our library. The community college collection and the Mississippi State Meridian collection. Both collections total 55,000 volumes. In addition to the books, the library receives 600 periodicals including popular magazines and scholarly journals.

The library provides access to a number of electronic databases, many of which provide additional access to magazines and journals with full-text retrieval capabilities. Iin August of 2000 the library published it's first online public access catalog of holdings (OPAC). The OPAC provides library patrons with the capability to search all holdings in the library from any WWW internet connection.

As a distance learning student, we invite you to access all of our services through either a personal visit or internet connection. If we can assist you, please let us know.
