Admission Checklist

We appreciate your interest in the MCC Dental Hygiene Program and have provided a quick review of items necessary to be considered for admission

MCC/Dental Hygiene application mailed/electronically submitted to the MCC Admissions Office
Official high school transcript mailed to the MCC Admissions Office
ACT or Accuplacer score mailed to the MCC Admissions Office
Official college transcripts from all colleges attended mailed to the MCC Admissions Office
Autobiographical Essay - handwritten, mailed to Dental Hygiene Dept
Observation Hours form to be signed by a dental hygienist or dentist. The minimum 8 hour observation should be performed within the year of application submission and mailed to the Dental Hygiene Dept
Have all the above delivered by the April 30 deadline
Attend a Dental Hygiene Information session
