Meridian Community College is dedicated to providing its Students and Employees the best technical support possible. If you have problems with any technology issues (for example, Internet, Email, the Network, Wireless, Telephones, Printing, Passwords, Data Folders) please contact the Help Desk via the following:
 

Help Desk Hours are as follows:

  • 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday.
  • 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Saturday (This is telephone only support and can be reached at 601 484-8669)

In addition the MCC Help Desk can provide help to users both on campus and off. You may be asked to access the following link during the Help session. Please do not access this link unless asked to by a Help Desk Technician.
